Production on this garment is dependent on obtaining a certain amount of orders due to the production taking place at a small company in mid Wales.

 

If you order this garment, delivery may take longer than expected. We will keep you informed on the production date and when you can expect your item to arrive. 

 

We sincerely apologise if this item does not go into production and you will be fully refunded.

Clare Johns will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or faulty merchandise for return or exchange. For returns received within 14 days of delivery, we will refund your original form of payment. If received after 14 days, a Clare Johns e-gift card will be issued.

Orders will take up to a maximum of 4 weeks to be dispatched depending on the complexity of the garment (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays).

We currently deliver orders to Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch to request special delivery.
