RETURN POLICY

Clare Johns will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or faulty merchandise for return or exchange. For returns received within 14 days of delivery, we will refund your original form of payment. If received after 14 days, a Clare Johns e-gift card will be issued.

When will I be refunded?

Your refund will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half after receiving the returned item. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the refund has been completed.
